A Movie to See for 2013

With so many new movies coming out this year, will it be Iron Man III or Catching Fire getting the all the attention?
The movie to watch is obviously the Hunger Games series’ second book Catching Fire, some can say. After all, it is based off of a book and everyone knows book based movies, or based on a true story movies, are always the best. The main character Katniss is a strong, truculent, and thoughtful female character who takes her sister’s place in the harsh and brutal survival game; known as the Hunger Games. We don’t get a lot of main female characters like her in movies these day so we need to support and show some girl power by watching Catching Fire.
Iron Man III may be interesting but let’s be real, Robert Downey Jr. is getting a bit old. He’s even had a few injuries from the filming causing the release date to be pushed back a few weeks. still a funny and cool guy but in his recent movie appearance as Iron Man you could tell his starting to look a little exhausted. Iron Man may have as many fans as the Hunger Games series, maybe even more. Lets not forget Iron Man is based off of an old comic series which means they have a huge fan base and they would probably get twice as much views as Catching Fire might get.
When asking Christie Levine on which movie she would rather see she said Iron Man 3 because she has not “seen the first Hunger Games.” She added that Iron Man will get the most views because it is more well known. Junior Khiyah agrees with her. However when it comes up to the movie they think will get the most awards, Khiyah says Catching Fire because its a very well known book with tons of fans and usually people who read the book watch the movie.When asked about the action involved in the movie both agreed that Iron Man would have better scenes because the movie is all about action.
On a recent poll, Catching Fire garnered the most vote for “Movie Most Looking Forward For in 2013”. Clearly, Catching Fire wins the people over but that does not mean Iron Man III is going to suck. In the end, determining whether Catching Fire is better or worse that Iron Man III is up to you.
